비디오작업3 “BWB(Black Warrior Broadcasting) News 속보입니다.”(2023) 싱글 채널 비디오, 가변설치, 1분 48초 2022년 제주에서 거북이를 만들어 설치작업을 진행했고, 전시가 끝난 뒤 잔디밭에 재 설치되어 자연으로 돌아가는 과정이 기록될 예정이었다. 하지만 야외에 설치 된지 며칠 되지 않아 연예인의 출현에 몰려든 인파로 예상보다 일찍 사망하고 말았다. 이 사건을 뉴스속보형식으로 “검은 전사(Black Warrior)” 거북이 별명을 딴 방송국 BWB(Black Warrior Broadcasting) 꼬북이 리포터가 단독으로 전한다. 디지털 드로잉과 실사가 어우러진다. 본 작업을 통해 관객에게 자연과 우리 자신에 대해 돌아볼 수 있는 시간을 제공하고, 아이러니하게도 인간에 의해 희생당하고 아파하는 동물을 돕고 살릴 수 있는 것 또한 인간이라는 것을 이야기하고 싶었다. https://www.youtube.com/wa.. 2024. 6. 19. There were a total of 476 people on this ferry, but only 172 people survived and were rescued. The rest were dead or still missing in the sea. There are a total of 304 victims from this incident.
