Once a symbol of peace, the pigeon has today become an object of aversion. With the proliferation of glass high-rise buildings, collisions between urban pigeons and windows have become an increasingly common cause of death. In this work, on the small house with 3 windows, drawing-based animations are projected onto the windows.
Pigeon collisions with windows are generally understood to occur in two main conditions: day and night. During the day, pigeons are misled by reflections of nature on glass surfaces or fail to recognize the glass itself, resulting in fatal impacts. At night, accidents occur when pigeons deviate from their flight paths, drawn toward artificial light coming from inside buildings. The animation is divided into daytime and nighttime sequences to reflect these two distinct yet interconnected circumstances.
